The good news first: Basically, pretty much any kind of meat can be prepared on the grill - provided you have mastered the right technique. However, so that you can develop further and gain a sense of achievement from time to time, it is best to start with simpler cuts.
Would you prefer juicy meat cuts with a bit of fat or a fine meat cut with bones?
The juicy meat cut has to be cooked exactly to the second so that you could get a top result. If you want a cut with a great taste, we recommend our Special Cuts, which are usually even juicier than the primal cuts. For example, the fine meat cut Tomahawk with bones, which becomes very aromatic on your grill.
Our home-made sausages
What should not be missing on the grill are our home-made sausages. Our sausages are produced and seasoned daily by our butchers. Each sausage is special in its own way and unique in taste. We wish you a successful outcome and look forward to your order with our special cuts.
If you have any questions, you are of course always welcome to contact our meat experts, whether by email or phone. We are gladly there for you!
