What to do upon receiving the product?

Option 2: Place it directly in the freezer at -18 °C upon arrival and enjoy it later. A slightly thawed product can be stored in the freezer for another 2 months without any loss of quality.

The pork fillet is stuffed with sausage meat and bacon, refined with herbs, spices, pistachios and mushrooms.

Please take the fillet in crust out of the packaging before defrosting it, as otherwise the pastry will stick to the plastic.

These cuts come from seven to eight months old fattening pigs. Pork is very popular. It is tender, fine-fibred and has a nice pink colour. Contrary to the common opinion, Swiss pork offers an optimal meat fat ratio.
