Our imports originate from regions where sufficient high-quality lambs are available seasonally in order to guarantee highest possible supply. The meat is processed under strict hygienic regulations and according to the specific requirements.

The lambs grow where climatic conditions allow them to be kept outdoors during all the seasons.
