Fleur de Sel de Camargue is a hand-harvested finishing salt, collected from French salt marshes between the Mediterranean Sea and the Rhone River Delta. Use the Fleur de Sel de Camargue as a finishing salt – the crystals are large enough that they don’t dissolve into dishes straight away and to create waves of rich salty flavours in the mouth.
It is the final result of a combination of factors: the work of the salt workers, the Mediterranean breeze, the sea and the sun of Aigues-Mortes.
