Swiss pasture fed beef knuckles
- Order placed before 15:00h, earliest availability:
Swiss Premium pasture beef stands for highest Swiss beef quality
It implies ecological farming with particularly animal-friendly stabling (PAS) and outdoor access (ROEL). Additionally, the Swiss Premium beef programme prioritises animal welfare: During the growing season, the cattle spend at least 8 hours in the field. Pasture grazing in summer and feeding with hay, grass and corn silage in winter is the “most natural and appropriate” feeding for cattle. Grass and herbs give the meat a special taste and a high share of omega 3 fatty acids. Combined with selected breeds you get this fine-grained, tender and tasty beef. Swiss Premium beef means indulgence without compromise.
