The Mutschli classic is a full-fat cheese that is made in Appenzellerland. This not only makes the cheese particularly aromatic, but also creamy and natural in taste. Because it's made from the purest cow's milk and isn't an industrial product, you can be sure it's of the highest quality and made with care.
Cheese group: semi-hard cheese
Origin: Switzerland
Milk: Cow's milk (no silo milk!)
Milk treatment: pasteurized milk
Cut: whole loaf (approx. 600-650 gr.)
