Caraway Mutschli is a full-fat cheese made in Appenzell and refined with caraway. This not only makes the cheese particularly aromatic, but also creamy and natural in taste. Because it's made from the purest cow's milk and isn't an industrial product, you can be sure it's of the highest quality and made with care.
