When can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order from Monday to Saturday, between 5:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., at Gasthof Ochsen, Dorfstrasse 32, 5242 Lupfig.

• If you place your order on a weekday (Monday to Friday) before the order cut-off time (for example 10:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m., depending on the product), you can usually pick it up the same day.
• If you place your order after the cut-off time, pickup is only possible on the next available pickup day, which will be clearly shown during checkout.
• If you place your order on Friday after the cut-off time or on Saturday, the next possible pickup day is Monday.
