How much meat do I need for a fondue chinoise or a tabletop grill platter?
Rules of thumb per person, based on a normal appetite:
- Adults: approx. 200–250 g of meat
Children: approx. 120–150 g of meat
Tip: If the appetite is big, or if you expect a long evening, it’s better to plan a little more.
