Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped or further processed internally. The easiest way is to contact us directly via our chat and request a cancellation, or if you are logged into your customer account, you will find a button under “My Account → Orders” that allows you to cancel your order.
