We have a very familiar relationship with our organic farmers and they have the same attitude as our suppliers.

It fills us with pride to be engaged in the real butcher's trade day after day, with the processing and refinement of high-quality organic meat. Our products are free of aromas, colorings and contain very few additives.
Because: where it says organic, it must also contain organic.
We attach great importance to avoiding food waste.

The cornerstone of our firm's philosophy is to act entrepreneurially and responsibly.

Above all, to respond to individual customer requests and also fulfill them as far as possible.

Our butcher's shop is of the highest ecological standard. With our heat recovery system, we produce hot water and heat half of our building. All cooling systems work with CO2, which occurs naturally in the atmosphere. A large part of the electricity requirement is obtained from solar energy. We obtain the remaining energy required from Swiss hydroelectric power.

We also take into account the environment and the coming generation when it comes to packaging. It is plastic reduced (-60%) and provided with a paper film produced from sustainable forestry (FSC).
