These delicious racks come from the lush green pastures of Ireland and are an absolute highlight for gourmets! The quality of Irish lamb is renowned worldwide and is antibiotic and hormone free. Raised on the green pastures of Ireland, the lambs feed on succulent grass and herbs, resulting in a unique flavor and tender texture. Whether grilled or roasted, refined with spices or herbs, the Irish lamb racks are a delicious delicacy that you should definitely try!
Tip from the meat sommelier:
Preheat the grill to 180 degrees, season the lamb racks with the meat4you spice mixture and grill indirectly for approx. 10 minutes, turning frequently. We prefer a core temperature of 52 degrees, when this temperature is reached, remove the racks and let them rest covered for 5 minutes. If you want to drive at a higher temperature, wrap the bones in aluminum foil so that they don't turn black - the eye supposedly eats with them.
So what are you waiting for? Get Ireland lamb racks today and enjoy a piece of the Emerald Isle on your plate!
