We first bred Wagyu with high-quality cattle in the late 1980s, loving its deep flavor and sublime marbling.

Since then, we've mastered this prized combination. It's a job that requires precision, genetic mastery, and a dedication to endless refinement and innovation.

We control our entire supply chain, from the ranches where our cattle are raised to our humane processing facility and our in-house customer service team. Outsourcing would be easy, but being a pioneer doesn't mean taking the easy way out.
